Nuestro objetivo es ofrecerte siempre el mejor servicio, por eso queremos saber cómo ha sido tu experiencia y si has tenido algún problema durante tu visita. Por ello, te hemos compartido una encuesta que nos gustaría que completaras, y entre todas las respuestas sortearemos un cheque valorado en 150€ para cualquier lubricante Motul, ¿nos ayudas?

Sorteo activo del 06/06/2023 a las 00:00h hasta el 31/08/2023 a las 23:59h.

A continuación, puedes encontrar las bases legales de este sorteo:

❗️ Participación: Sólo serán tenidas en cuenta las participaciones registradas a través del formulario compartido por email a clientes seleccionados.
En cumplimiento de la RLOPD, no podrán participar los menores de 14 años.  

🕑 Fechas de participación: El sorteo estará activo desde el 06/06/2023 a las 00:00h hasta el 31/08/2023 a las 23:59h.
GreenlandMX se reserva el derecho de ampliar o acortar el plazo de duración si así se considera conveniente para el éxito y beneficio de la presente Campaña. De tener lugar el supuesto, desde GreenlandMX lo comunicaríamos a través de correo electrónico.

🎁 Premio: se sorteará un (1) cheque por valor de 150€ a canjear en la web de GreenlandMX por cualquier lubricante de la marca Motul. 

Habrá UN (1) ganador que recibirán UN (1) código por valor de 150€ válido para aceites y lubricantes de la marca Motul. El sorteo se realizará de forma aleatoria por GreenlandMX entre todos los participantes de la encuesta realizada.

En ningún caso podrá hacerse entrega del premio en metálico, GreenlandMX no será responsable de los costes asociados al disfrute del premio tales como transporte o alojamiento.
El ganador/a será contactado vía email una vez finalizado el plazo del sorteo, y GreenlandMX necesitará una confirmación durante las 48 horas siguientes a la comunicación.

🥇 Sorteo: Se extraerán CUATRO (4) participantes del sorteo. GreenlandMX se pondrá en contacto a través de correo electrónico con el primer seleccionado para confirmar el premio y sus datos. Si alguno de los ganadores no confirmara sus datos en un plazo de 48 horas, o el premio fuera rechazado de manera expresa por cualquier causa, GreenlandMX pasaría al siguiente seleccionado, y así sucesivamente.

GreenlandMX contactará con el ganador por privado a través de correo electrónico para confirmar sus datos y la entrega del premio. GreenlandMX puede requerir al ganador acreditar su identidad por cualquier medio admitido en derecho.

Los datos necesarios para hacer entrega del premio serán: Nombre y apellidos del ganador, documento de identidad y teléfono de contacto.

✅ Aceptación de las bases legales y responsabilidad: El mero hecho de participar en el sorteo implica la aceptación íntegra de estas Bases. GreenlandMX se reserva el derecho de modificar las Bases del sorteo, parcial o totalmente en cualquier momento. Realizada cualquier modificación, ésta será debidamente puesta en conocimiento de los participantes por medio de este post en el blog (https://blog.greenlandmx.com/).

GreenlandMX se reserva el derecho de excluir de la participación en el Sorteo a todos aquellos participantes que, estime, están incumpliendo cualquier condición de participación incluida en las presentes bases. La exclusión de un participante, cualquiera que sea la causa, conlleva la pérdida de todos los derechos derivados de su condición como tal.

GreenlandMX queda eximido de cualquier responsabilidad en el supuesto de existir algún error en los datos facilitados por los propios participantes que impidiera su identificación. Asimismo, los ganadores eximen a GreendlandMX de la responsabilidad derivada de cualquier perjuicio que pudiera sufrir en el disfrute del premio objeto del presente Sorteo.

Therefore, we have shared with you a survey that we would like you to complete, and among all the answers we will draw a shopping voucher worth 150€ for any Motul lubricant product, would you be so kind as to help us?

The raffle will be operative as of 06/06/2023 at 00:00 a.m. until 31/08/2023 at 11:59 p.m.

Below, you will find the legal bases for this raffle:

❗️ Participation: Only participations registered through the form shared by email to selected customers will be taken into account.
In compliance with the RLOPD (Spanish General Data Protection Regulation), children under 14 years of age are not allowed to participate.

🕑 Participation period: The raffle will be operative from 06/06/2023 at 00:00 a.m. to 31/08/2023 at 11:59 p.m.
GreenlandMX reserves the right to prolong or shorten this period if deemed appropriate for the success and benefit of this Campaign. In this case, GreenlandMX would communicate this measure via email.

🎁 Prize: ONE (1) shopping voucher worth 150€ will be raffled to be redeemed on the GreenlandMX website for any Motul brand lubricant products. 

There will be ONE (1) winner who will receive ONE (1) code worth 150€ valid for Motul oils and lubricants. The drawing will be carried out randomly by GreenlandMX among all the participants of the survey.

In no case will the prize be delivered in cash. GreenlandMX cannot be held responsible for the costs associated with the enjoyment of the prize such as transportation or accommodation.
GreenlandMX will contact the winners via email on 26/05/2023 and GreenlandMX will need to receive confirmation within 48 hours after the communication.

🥇 Raffle: FOUR (4) participants will be drawn from the drawing. GreenlandMX will contact the first selected winner via email to confirm the prize and his/her information. If any of the winners do not confirm their data within 48 hours, or the prize is expressly rejected for any reason, GreenlandMX will pass to the next selected, and so on.

GreenlandMX will contact the winner privately via email to confirm his/her data and the delivery of the prize. GreenlandMX may require the winner to prove his/her identity by any means admitted by law.
The data required to deliver the prize will be: first and surname of the winner, ID card and contact telephone number.

✅ Acceptance of the Legal Bases and Responsibility: the mere fact of participating in the raffle implies the full acceptance of these Legal Bases. GreenlandMX reserves the right to modify the Bases of the raffle, partially or totally at any time. In case any modification has been made, it will be duly announced to the participants through this post on the blog (https://blog.greenlandmx.com/).

GreenlandMX reserves the right to exclude from participating in this Raffle all those participants who are considered breaching any condition of participation included in these Legal Bases. The exclusion of a participant, whatever the cause, entails the loss of all rights derived from his/her condition as a participant as such.

GreenlandMX shall be exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the participants themselves that would prevent their identification. Likewise, the winners exempt GreenlandMX from liability for any damage they may suffer during the enjoyment of the prize which is the object of this Raffle.
