Below, you will find the legal bases for this raffle:

❗️ Participation: Only the participants registered through the following form will be considered:
In compliance with the RLOPD (Spanish General Data Protection Regulation), children under 14 years of age are not allowed to participate.

🕑 Participation period: The raffle will be operative as of Tuesday, 9 July 2024 at 10:00 a.m. until Monday, 15 July 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
GreenlandMX reserves the right to prolong or shorten this period if deemed appropriate for the success and benefit of this Campaign. In this case, GreenlandMX would communicate this measure via email.

🎁 Prize: TWO (2) Weekend Paddock Passes for two persons each with access to the Parking area will be raffled for the Grand Prix of Flanders (27/07/2024 in Belgium)
There will be FOUR (4) winners who will receive ONE (1) Weekend Paddock Pass for two persons with the corresponding Parking permit. The raffle will be held randomly by GreenlandMX. Each of the prizes will consist of ONE (1) Weekend Paddock Pass for two persons with access to the Parking area for the Grand Prix of Flanders (27/07/2024 in Belgium)
The pass consists of:

• Entrance tickets for 2 persons for the weekend.
• Access to the Paddock.
• Parking during the entire weekend.

The tickets must be picked up in person at the event’s Welcome Office Center. They will only be handed over to the person entitled to enter the premises.
For this reason, after the raffle, GreenlandMX will ask the winners for an identification number, name and surname and an email address for confirmation, and may require any additional information to prove to be entitled to access the venue.
In no case will the prize be delivered in cash. GreenlandMX cannot be held responsible for the costs associated with the enjoyment of the prize such as transportation or accommodation.

GreenlandMX will contact the winners via email on 15/07/2024 and GreenlandMX will need to receive confirmation within 48 hours after the communication.

🥇 Raffle: FOUR (4) participants will be raffled. GreenlandMX will contact via email with the first four selected participants to confirm the prize and their data. If any of the winners will not confirm his/her data within 48 hours, or if the prize is expressly rejected for any reason, GreenlandMX will pass to the next winner drawn, and so on.
GreenlandMX will contact each winner privately via email to confirm his/her data and the delivery of the prize. GreenlandMX may require the winner to prove his/her identity by any means admitted by law.

The data required to deliver the prize will be: first and surname of the winner, ID card and contact telephone number.

✅ Acceptance of the Legal Bases and Responsibility: the mere fact of participating in the raffle implies the full acceptance of these Legal Bases. GreenlandMX reserves the right to modify the Bases of the raffle, partially or totally at any time. In case any modification has been made, it will be duly announced to the participants through this post on the blog (https://blog.greenlandmx.com/).

GreenlandMX reserves the right to exclude from participating in this Raffle all those participants who are considered breaching any condition of participation included in these Legal Bases. The exclusion of a participant, whatever the cause, entails the loss of all rights derived from his/her condition as a participant as such.
GreenlandMX shall be exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the participants themselves that would prevent their identification. Likewise, the winners exempt GreenlandMX from liability for any damage they may suffer during the enjoyment of the prize which is the object of this Raffle.

Conformément au RLOPD (règlement général espagnol sur la protection des données), les enfants de moins de 14 ans ne sont pas autorisés à participer.

🕑 Période de participation : La tombola sera opérationnelle à partir du mardi 9 juillet 2024 à 10h00 jusqu'au lundi 15 juillet 2024 à 10h00.
GreenlandMX se réserve le droit de prolonger ou de raccourcir cette période si cela est jugé approprié pour le succès et le bénéfice de cette Campagne. Dans ce cas, GreenlandMX communiquerait cette mesure par courrier électronique.

🎁 Prix : DEUX (2) Pass Paddock week-end pour deux personnes chacun avec accès au Parking seront tirés au sort pour le Grand Prix des Flanders (27/07/2024 en Belgique).
Il y aura QUATRE (4) gagnants qui recevront UN (1) Pass Paddock Week-end pour deux personnes avec l'autorisation de stationnement correspondante. Le tirage au sort sera effectué de manière aléatoire par GreenlandMX. Chacun des prix consistera en UN (1) Weekend Paddock Pass pour deux personnes avec accès au Parking pour le Grand Prix de Flanders (27/07/2024 en Belgique).

Le pass comprend

• Tickets d'entrée pour 2 personnes pour le week-end.
• Accès au Paddock.
• Le parking pendant tout le week-end.

🥇 Tombola : QUATRE (4) participants seront tirés au sort. GreenlandMX contactera par e-mail les quatre premiers participants sélectionnés pour confirmer le prix et leurs données. Si l'un des gagnants ne confirme pas ses données dans les 48 heures, ou si le prix est expressément refusé pour quelque raison que ce soit, GreenlandMX passera au gagnant suivant tiré au sort, et ainsi de suite.
GreenlandMX contactera chaque gagnant en privé par e-mail pour confirmer ses données et la livraison du prix. GreenlandMX peut demander au gagnant de prouver son identité par tout moyen admis par la loi.

Les données nécessaires à la remise du prix seront : le prénom et le nom du gagnant, sa carte d'identité et son numéro de téléphone de contact.

✅ Acceptation des bases légales et responsabilité : le simple fait de participer à la tombola implique l'acceptation pleine et entière des présentes bases légales. GreenlandMX se réserve le droit de modifier les bases de la tombola, partiellement ou totalement, à tout moment. En cas de modification, celle-ci sera dûment annoncée aux participants par le biais de ce message sur le blog (https://blog.greenlandmx.com/).
 

Les billets doivent être retirés en personne au Welcome Office Center de l'événement. Ils ne seront remis qu'à la personne habilitée à entrer dans l'enceinte de l'événement.
Pour cette raison, après le tirage au sort, GreenlandMX demandera aux gagnants un numéro d'identification, un nom et un prénom ainsi qu'une adresse électronique pour confirmation, et pourra exiger toute information supplémentaire pour prouver qu'ils ont le droit d'accéder au site.
En aucun cas le prix ne sera remis en espèces. GreenlandMX ne peut être tenu responsable des coûts associés à la jouissance du prix, tels que le transport ou l'hébergement.

GreenlandMX contactera les gagnants par email le 15/07/2024 et GreenlandMX devra recevoir une confirmation dans les 48 heures suivant la communication.

GreenlandMX se réserve le droit d'exclure de la participation à cette tombola tous les participants qui sont considérés comme violant toute condition de participation incluse dans les présentes bases légales.
