❗️ Participación: Sólo serán tenidos en cuenta los comentarios que se realicen en la publicación colaborativa de INSTAGRAM realizada en el perfil de GreenlandMX (@greenlandmx_shop) y Jorge Prado (@jorgeprado61)

¡Atención! Todos aquellos comentarios que incumplan las normas de Instagram en cuanto a lenguaje inapropiado, faltas de respeto, etc. serán descalificados de manera directa y sus comentarios eliminados.En cumplimiento de la RLOPD, no podrán participar los menores de 14 años.   

🕑 Fechas de participación: El sorteo estará activo desde el miércoles 08/02/2023 a las 10:00h hasta el martes 14/02/2023 a las 23:59h. GreenlandMX se reserva el derecho de ampliar o acortar el plazo de duración si así se considera conveniente para el éxito y beneficio de la presente Campaña. De tener lugar el supuesto, desde GreenlandMX lo comunicaríamos a través de sus redes sociales: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter y este blog #ZonaGMX.

 🎁 Premios: Habrá un (1) único ganador realizándose el sorteo de manera aleatoria por GreenlandMX. El premio estará conformado por un (1) Casco Airoh Strycker Axe Naranja/Azul en talla L, valorado en 350€.
En ningún caso podrá hacerse entrega del premio en metálico. El ganador será publicado por stories y en la publicación del concurso, además de en este blog.

 🥇 Sorteo: Se extraerán tres (3) participantes del sorteo. GreenlandMX se pondrá en contacto a través de INSTAGRAM con el primer seleccionado para confirmar el premio y sus datos. Si el ganador no confirmara sus datos en un plazo de 24 horas, o el premio fuera rechazado de manera expresa por cualquier causa, GreenlandMX pasaría al segundo ganador seleccionado, y así sucesivamente. GreenlandMX contactará con el ganador por privado a través de INSTAGRAM desde su única cuenta oficial para confirmar sus datos y la entrega del premio. GreenlandMX puede requerir al ganador acreditar su identidad por cualquier medio admitido en derecho.

  ✅ Aceptación de las bases legales y responsabilidad: el mero hecho de participar en el sorteo implica la aceptación íntegra de estas Bases. GreenlandMX se reserva el derecho de modificar las Bases del sorteo, parcial o totalmente en cualquier momento. Realizada cualquier modificación, ésta será debidamente puesta en conocimiento de los participantes por medio de este post en el blog (https://blog.greenlandmx.com/).

GreenlandMX se reserva el derecho de excluir de la participación en el Sorteo a todos aquellos participantes que, estime, están incumpliendo cualquier condición de participación incluida en las presentes bases. La exclusión de un participante, cualquiera que sea la causa, conlleva la pérdida de todos los derechos derivados de su condición como tal.

GreenlandMX queda eximido de cualquier responsabilidad en el supuesto de existir algún error en los datos facilitados por los propios participantes que impidiera su identificación. Asimismo, los ganadores eximen a GreendlandMX de la responsabilidad derivada de cualquier perjuicio que pudiera sufrir en el disfrute del premio objeto del presente Sorteo.

La participación de este sorteo es de ámbito INTERNACIONAL.

Below, you will find the legal bases for this raffle:

Attention! All comments that violate Instagram's rules regarding inappropriate language, disrespect, etc. will be disqualified directly and deleted. In compliance with the RLOPD (Spanish General Data Protection Regulation), children under 14 years of age are not allowed to participate.
 
 🕑 Participation period: The raffle will be operative as of Wednesday, 08 February 2023 at 10:00 a.m. until Tuesday, 14 February 2023 at 11:59 p.m. GreenlandMX reserves the right to prolong or shorten the duration if deemed appropriate for the success and benefit of this Campaign. In this case, GreenlandMX would communicate this measure on its social media: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and the blog #ZonaGMX.

 🎁 Prizes: There will be one (1) single winner of the raffle being held randomly by GreenlandMX. The prize will consist of one (1) Airoh Helmet Strycker Axe Orange/Blue of size L, worth €350.
In no case will the prize be delivered in cash. The winner will be published on Stories, on the publication of the contest, and additionally on this blog.

 🥇 Raffle: Three (3) participants will be raffled. GreenlandMX will contact through INSTAGRAM with the first participant drawn to confirm the prize and his/her data. If the winner does not confirm his/her data within 24 hours, or the prize is expressly rejected for any reason, GreenlandMX will pass to the second winner drawn, and so on. GreenlandMX will contact the winner privately through INSTAGRAM from its official account to confirm his/her data and the delivery of the prize. GreenlandMX may require the winner to prove his/her identity by any means admitted by law.

  ✅ Acceptance of the Legal Bases and Responsibility: the mere fact of participating in the raffle implies the full acceptance of these Legal Bases. GreenlandMX reserves the right to modify the Bases of the raffle, partially or totally at any time. In case any modification has been made, it will be duly announced to the participants through this post on the blog (https://blog.greenlandmx.com/).

GreenlandMX reserves the right to exclude from participating in this raffle all those participants who are considered breaching any condition of participation included in these Legal Bases. The exclusion of a participant, whatever the cause, entails the loss of all rights derived from his/her condition as a participant as such.

GreenlandMX shall be exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the participants themselves that would prevent their identification. Likewise, the winners exempt GreenlandMX from liability for any damage they may suffer in the enjoyment of the prize which is the object of this Raffle.
