❗️ Participación: Sólo serán tenidos en cuenta los comentarios que se realicen en esta publicación de INSTAGRAM, en @greenlandmx_shop. 

¡OJO! Todos aquellos comentarios que incumplan las normas de Instagram en cuanto a lenguaje inapropiado, faltas de respeto, etc. serán descalificados de manera directa y sus comentarios eliminados.

En cumplimiento de la RLOPD, no podrán participar los menores de 14 años.

🕑 Fechas de participación: El sorteo estará activo desde el 23/10/2023 a las 10:00h hasta el 29/10/2023 a las 23:59h.

GreenlandMX se reserva el derecho de ampliar el plazo de duración si así se considera conveniente para el éxito y beneficio de la presente Campaña. De tener lugar el supuesto, desde GreenlandMX lo comunicaríamos a través de nuestra cuenta de Instagram (@greenlandmx_shop).

🎁 Premios: Habrá UN (1) ganador, realizándose un sorteo de manera aleatoria por GreenlandMX. El premio está conformado por un escape de la marca Fresco (valorado entre 229€-325€) como los de este enlace

En ningún caso podrá hacerse entrega del premio en metálico. El ganador será publicado vía stories, en comentario en la publicación del concurso y en este mismo post.

🥇 Sorteo: Se extraerán tres (3) participantes del sorteo. GreenlandMX se pondrá en contacto a través de INSTAGRAM con el ganador para confirmar el premio y sus datos.

Si el ganador no confirmaran sus datos en un plazo de 24 horas, o el premio fuera rechazado de manera expresa por cualquier causa, GreenlandMX pasaría al siguiente ganador seleccionado.

GreenlandMX contactará con el ganador por privado a través de INSTAGRAM para confirmar sus datos y la entrega del premio. GreenlandMX puede requerir al ganador acreditar su identidad por cualquier medio admitido en derecho.

Si el ganador del sorteo no pudiera acreditar que es mayor de 14 años, o que su participación se ha ajustado a las normas establecidas en estas Bases legales, GreenlandMX se reserva el derecho de poder descalificar al ganador del sorteo. GreenlandMX Burgos se comunicará con el premiado únicamente a través de su única cuenta de INSTAGRAM (@greenlandmx_shop) sin solicitar nunca registros en ningún enlace.

✅ Aceptación de las bases legales y responsabilidad: El mero hecho de participar en el sorteo implica la aceptación íntegra de estas Bases. GreenlandMX se reserva el derecho de modificar las Bases del sorteo, parcial o totalmente en cualquier momento. 🎁 Prizes: There will be ONE (1) winner, a random draw will be made by GreenlandMX. The prize is a Fresco Exhaust valued between 238£-338£ (229€-325€) like the ones in this link. Under no circumstances will the prize be awarded in cash. The winner will be published via stories, in a comment in the competition publication and in this post.

🥇 Draw: Three (3) participants will be drawn from the draw. GreenlandMX will contact the winner via INSTAGRAM to confirm the prize and their details. If the winner does not confirm their details within 24 hours, or the prize is expressly declined for any reason, GreenlandMX will move on to the next selected winner. GreenlandMX will contact the winner privately via INSTAGRAM to confirm their details and delivery of the prize. GreenlandMX may require the winner to prove their identity by any means permitted by law. If the winner of the prize draw cannot prove that he/she is over 14 years of age, or that his/her participation has complied with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions, GreenlandMX reserves the right to disqualify the winner from the prize draw.

GreenlandMX Burgos will communicate with the winner only through its unique INSTAGRAM account (@greenlandmx_shop) without ever requesting registrations on any link.
